Redemption From Adultery

For all those who know our testimony you will know that devastation hit us 2.5 years ago when my husband confessed that he had been committing adultery. It completely shattered my heart and I felt it smash into a million pieces and land on the floor that very day.. Looking back on how far we have come and the journey Jesus has had us on is remarkable to say the least. There has been so much healing that has taken place over the last few years, it's truly incredible. Our marriage was saved by Jesus himself. Without him we would have been another ugly marital statistic that ended up in divorce. That is not part of Gods plan. God didn't cause these things to happen, it was the enemy. He comes to kill, steal and destroy and let me tell you, he stole from me what was valuable. That very day my husband confessed the old me died and so did he. At the time it seemed that we would never come back from that devastation and that life would be meaningless and lost from that point forth. However, Jesus has been showing us that there is purpose to this life beyond our suffering and there is freedom in the finished work on the cross. Forgiveness has been so important in this process and just when you think you've forgiven everything something ugly will boil up inside of you that you need to take to the cross and forgive all over again. Forgiveness of such sin is like layers of an onion. Bit by bit The Holy Spirit allows a different layer to peal off allowing you to face it so that it can be dealt with. You see The Holy Spirit will not give you more than you can handle in the moment so he will allow things to surface gradually until there is no more left.
Through this journey I have had to face my very own identity crisis, not knowing who I am and whether I was valuable because of my husbands actions. The lies of the enemy would tell me that I'm not worth being faithful too and that I wasn't pretty enough or the other women were sexier than I. I have to tell you, I started to believe it and it sunk so deeply in my heart that it created deep insecurities that only The Father could deal with. I have been focusing more and more on who I am in Christ and as I do this I've started to see my worth through Jesus eyes. I'm a beautiful child of God. I'm worth more to him than rubies and diamonds. I was and am worth dying for!! That's amazing when you realise that God sent his son to die JUST FOR YOU! Thank you Jesus for seeing the value in me even when I can't see it in myself. I also want those of you out there that have been dealt this ugly card that your spouse cheating is not your fault. It's truly not. It's another lie from the devil that we get caught up believing. "Maybe if you were more intimate he wouldn't have had to cheat on you etc..." It's all RUBBISH! I believe it's important to own our own mistakes in our relationships too and during this healing process it's such a great time to do a self analysis and own up the faults you may have played BUT in saying this THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR SOMEONE CHEATING! NONE! I didn't realise it but I had my husband in my God spot, I idolised the ground he walked on and my expectations of him were to be Jesus. I wasn't purposely doing this but thats the kind of pressure I had on him. No one can be Jesus, except Jesus! We are all sinners who have fallen short and need a saviour that's just the reality of it. My husband was so caught up in the sin of lust through pornography introduced to him at such a young age, that thing had him tied down in bondage and only Jesus could free him from that. It breaks my heart thinking of the many many lives out there caught in these very same traps... It's terrible but there is hope in Jesus...
I have to tell you God has had us on a journey living in the outback and caring for Indigenous children and has given me purpose beyond myself. We get to be like Jesus to these children each and every day and share the gospel with many. There are so many people who are hurting much more than I and who are much more lost than I and I tell you what, it so helps to put your eyes on Jesus and to help others whilst going through your storm. God has allowed my heart to heal in so many ways from the adultery but has also allowed my heart to break for the Aboriginal people here in Australia. Their lives are precious and it's our job to show them just how much they are loved.
Well, it's now holiday time for the children and their families and God has shown me that it's time to return to the place where my devastation was laid upon me, back to the home state. I believe God is showing me that this is a necessary step, the last step to our healing journey before we can close the book and start a fresh. I tell you what, I have been so nervous, scared and fear driven these past few weeks leading up to this big step ahead of us BUT I know that fear is not from God because perfect love casts out all fear and God is LOVE. It's a tactic of the enemy because he wants me to back out and not follow through. Well, he's got another thing coming because we are going!!! I'm so thankful that my days are generally filled with joy for the most part. I won't lie to you, there are still the odd moments where I'm back, deep in it BUT it's not the same and it definitely doesn't last as long. I believe the day that I no longer feel any residual pain is the day I'm finally free and I know it's so so close!! THANK YOU JESUS! Please pray for my husband and I as we face this last hurdle that God will walk with us and guide our every step. That The Holy Spirit will protect my mind and that the angels with keep us safe and out of harms way. It's a time to rejoice because through Christ Jesus we have overcome the devils schemes of destruction and God rewards his faithful servants for standing firm through the trials we face. Praise God for our NEW lives in HIM! Amen

One Year To Date

September 15th 2013. A year ago to date my life was flipped upside down and inside out. As I sit and reflect on the hardest year of my life, grieving all that was lost and thinking of my Heavenly Father who truly has sustained me, picked me up when I couldn't stand and held me tightly during many sleepless nights I just want to use this time to truly thank God for loving me so much. My marriage has gone through one of the biggest tests I could imagine and yet here we are a year after confession still in this partnership. All though distance is currently between us due to work we are both feeling the depths of the pain caused and realise just how blessed we are to even be in this fight together.

Today for me, has a double meaning to it because in one hand it's my husbands day of freedom. To never be trapped ever again. In the other hand it's where what I thought was a beautiful life and marriage with general bumps in the road became something unrecognisable. Today I'm going to let the pain be as real as it is and the victory as real as that is as well. It's all in Gods hands and honestly who else's hands would I rather it be in!?! He is the creator of all, they are some pretty safe hands to entrust it too I recon.

Life will continue to go on and one day very soon I hope there will not be a sting to this chapter of our lives. God has big plans for us which he has already put us on the path to helping the less fortunate. I know deep down that I will be okay, we will be okay but for now I'm just going to BE....

I pray for all the marriages going through something, their very own trials. May you trust God with all of it, surrender it to him and ask him to come in heal and restore the broken parts. He already knows what you need, he's just waiting to hear from you. He loves you so much he sent his only son to die for all of us. Isn't that amazing!!!

God Bless you all,

Broken hearts become healed hearts!

Adventures To Be Had

Hey everyone, so it's been a few days since my last blog because my husband and I have been in deep discussion about the future, our desires and plans. One thing you need to know about us is that we LOVE to travel. I mean it! We absolutely love to travel. We have been quite a few places together and separately in our lives and since children are currently not in our plans as we are waiting on God's timing in this area we've decided to take advantage of this time we have. As you may know from previous blogs, my husband and I have been in a REALLY rough season of our lives this past year and it's coming up to our 1 year anniversary in September of when things began to spiral out of control for us. We have had some extreme lows, we've had to face some seriously ugly truths and we have had to rely 100% on God to heal us and bring us through this season to full restoration. It has been tough! What I can say is that we both now feel like we need a season of FUN. A season to make new memories together. To rebuild our marriage from the brokenness it had to endure and it's only through Christ that this is even possible. So, we have decided to pack up our house, rent it out, sell one of our cars and begin a new adventure! We are both so excited!!

At the beginning of this painful season I wanted so badly to just run away and escape my troubles however, my husband and I were given wise counsel to not make any rash decisions for 12 months and to grin and bare it. You see had we of left when I wanted to, we wouldn't have faced the demons in our closet and we would have carried the ugliness around with us so I'm definitely thankful and proud that we stuck to the healing journey because now that it is time to pack up for an adventure my conscience is clear. I know that we aren't doing it to escape anything. I realise no matter where we go this season will always exist in our past but it no longer has to control my present and future so this is why it's time to start making new, beautiful memories together. Putting ourselves out there to experience the wonders of the world. So, the plan is to do a working holiday throughout Australia! I know right!?! How amazing!

The other thing we've had a recent revelation of is that we will be like missionaries, travelling around and having the opportunity to spread the Gospel and share our testimonies  all for the benefit of our Heavenly Father. All though we will not be attending our home church we will have the opportunity to experience many others throughout Australia and when we are out of reach in the outback we will have podcasts and of course our bibles. I will keep you posted a long the way as we go as I believe that this blog will become the place we share testimonies of the people we come in contact with etc.

As for now though, it's just a lot of organising ahead. You know, selling the car, getting the house up to scratch and putting it on the rental market, finding work (which we've already got a pretty good idea of the jobs we want to work) and getting some finances behind us. I'm sure it will take us all the way to September just to get things some what organised but nevertheless it's all very exciting.

If I go a little quiet for a while just know that it's because I maybe painting walls or organising things for our trip.

God Bless,

Adventure Warrior!

Godly Wife in an Un-Godly world!

I've decided that today's blog is going to be about my current struggles because I believe I'm not the only one who is going through them. So this world we live in is overly sexualised causing a lot of men and women to fall. As we all know we live in a "mans world" where half dressed women are on billboards, tv commercials, sexual innuendos in our tv shows, music, pornography and movies. Women are used as sexual objects and our senses of what is right and wrong are being dulled all the time.

As little girls grow up in this overly sexualised world they are subliminally being told through media that they need to look a certain way to attract their Prince Charming, be skinny, wear shorter and sexier clothing, that they must wear makeup and act a certain way to ensure they are chosen over the next young lady. As we continue to grow the media continue to feed us these images and expectations all while our once heard fairy tale stories as children told us that Prince Charming would come in and swoop us up off our feet, marry us and never leave or betray us. Do you see how these two messages we are fed completely mess up a young woman's self image?

As a Christian wife who has recently been awoken to the struggles our Christian husbands and brothers in Christ struggle with on the daily basis I've began to feel inadequate, like I cannot live up to keeping my man in this fallen world we live in.

Now, I know that these insecurities and fears are not from God and that my identity is to be found in Christ my Lord and Saviour and NOT in earthly things. My identity runs much much deeper than my outwardly appearance and I understand that it is the mans job to stay pure through Christ who gives him strength but honestly, how are our Christian men ever suppose to stay pure in this world? How are we Christian women ever meant to feel safe, secure and enough for our husbands when they have temptation surrounding them every where they go. Sometimes in the forms of pornography, tv shows/movies, advertisements, billboards, catalogues/magazines, scantily dressed women and women whom are just game enough to confront our men trying to tempt them to lust and fall.

How do we Godly women stand a chance? We can make sure we are praying regularly for our husbands purity, meet our husbands sexual and other needs, dress nicely, uplift him as much as we can, we can allow him to lead as God intended, cook, clean etc but yet that still won't stop a man caught up in the traps of sexual sin from falling...

Where does that leave us women? In general us ladies don't deal with the daily struggles men have to however, once our eyes have been opened to our spouses struggles we then can become deflated, like we will never be enough for them. I'm battling with this at the moment. I realise that my eyes need to be set on God for my own affirmation, not on my husband. I understand that I need to have lower expectations of him, I understand logically that my husband will never be able to fill my God spot and that my security comes from Christ, I understand the importance of Grace in all our relationships but sadly in one sense it seems that women are having to accept a lot more than men in the area of sexual sin. Our men generally aren't having to worry about where our love and dedication lies. We aren't usually putting them in a place to question our commitment. I understand there are other areas in our lives where a man has to have a level of grace and forgiveness for our mistakes so I'm not saying we are any better, I'm just saying this is not a level men are generally going to have concern for with their wives. Not only do we deal with knowing our husbands will struggle with sexual purity and the impact that can and does have on us but we also struggle with our own sexuality and self worth because of the world we live in. It's a double edged sword.

MEN LISTEN UP! When you look at a woman doing the long drawn out stare or the double take, fantasise about other women, watch porn, look at magazines or pictures of scantily dressed or nude women, talk to other women inappropriately on and offline, talk about other women, commit adultery YOU ARE BREAKING YOUR WIFE'S HEART! Also you are breaking your vows and your commitment to God. You are sending a message to your apparent loved one that they aren't good enough! You are telling them that they will never be able to fulfil your needs, that they aren't attractive enough and that you will always choose your sinful tool over them.

I will also say that there are some women who struggle with sexual sin so I do want to acknowledge that for the faithful men who are facing such devastations in their marriages and I truly want to say that I pray God heals your broken heart and that Jesus will come and uplift you in your sorrow. This blog however, is from a woman's point of view and the many struggles we have to face in this sinful world.

God intended for a husband and wife to come together and be joined for life. God knew that man was lonely without a woman in the garden of Eden. He also knew that in this fallen world man would need a wife as a helper, lover and friend. God also knew the importance of sexual intimacy between a husband and wife as the more a husband and wife find their intimacy in one another ONLY the deeper the connection would become and the LESS likely a man would be caught up in sexual sin. Problem is, when a mans already been allowing that sinful sexual stuff into his life, the bond between himself, God and his wife and or future wife becomes diminished and opens him up to the devastation's sexual sin brings. Sexual sin not only affects the man, it affects his relationship with God and truly puts a strain on his marriage, sometimes to the point of no return. The price of all sin is death! Only through Christ can we be reunited with our Heavenly Daddy in our long walk of faith.

Today I don't have the answer to my above issues besides seeking out God through the Bible, prayer, being in a good church home, being connected to other Christians and through praise and worship. So I will keep you posted as I continue to confront these areas in my life with God. Ephesians is a great section of the bible to read in regards to our identity in Christ and it also talks about our interactions and relationships with others. I have read it in the past but I believe I need a refresher so I will keep you posted in these areas of my progress.

It's important to know that we were hand picked by our Heavenly Father and that we were beautifully and wonderfully made in his image and that we are loved and adored all the days of our life. That no matter how we see ourselves or others choose to see us, God will always see us as precious and beautiful. Who are we going to trust? Man who is fallen or our gracious God who created us? I know I want to choose my Heavenly Daddy!

God Bless,

A Godly wife wanting a Godly life!

God's Promises

Today I've decided to write down all God's promises that he has given me over the past 8 months so that you can see them come to light as well as time goes by. This way you will get a genuine view of how amazing our God is. I hadn't previously thought of doing this because I was dealing with other life struggles but it just hit me that this will be my way of sowing the good seed into your lives so that you don't have to just trust me but you can believe in God's amazing visions. So far these are the promises he's given me. See below:

  • The conception of our twin baby boys. Still waiting on this one but holding onto faith that it's close now. Believe it will happen this June/July 2015
  • My husband and I providing marriage counselling to those going through devastations. (This vision along with our babies was given to me back in September 2012).
  • Along with the marriage counselling vision, I asked Holy Spirit if we would need to study and he said: "Haven't you already been counselling couples. Trust in God, you will not need to study". - This vision is already come to light a lot in Wadeye but mainly as a female to female situation. I believe this one will develop more as time goes on.
  • My husband and I working together in a career God desires for us. - We are working as houseparents in remote Australia working together for a Christian school. - August 2014
  • World Vision - I came to realise this wasnt a vision for employment however, a vision in regards to our child sponsorship. Aug 2013
  • Financial Freedom - I gained employment today that provides a substantial amount of money. (26th August 2013)
  • By the end of May, beginning of June 2013 healing will come to light. - On June 17th God gave me the most amazing revelation EVER! I have reached a new level of healing. I think I will blog on this specific revelation because I believe many others could benefit from it. It is related to my marriage and God has given me a new perspective in regards to how I see my sufferings. AMAZING!
  • ****** There has been many levels to this healing journey and it's now December 2014 and I've come to another higher level of healing where I have reached out my hand to those who have hurt me and asked to be friends and love them like Christ loves us and calls us to love others...
  • A year from now, May 2014 I won't even recognise myself and the struggles in our marriage will seem so insignificant. - there has been a huge shift in my marriage and within myself. It's fantastic. *** As listed above their were still some stumbles along the way even after May 2014 but growth is growth and I've reached a new level of healing and a new understanding to my journey.
  • (Jesus put it on my heart that in June/July of a year unknown that we will be blessed with our babies. - June/July 2015 we are going back to our hometown and facing where our issues unfolded. We believe this is a required step in facing the past once and for all and I sense that I will be pregnant with our twins during this visit or shortly after.
  • I was given a bible verse by The Holy Spirit: Revelations 2:26: "To the one who is victorious and does my will to the end, I will give authority over the nations".
  • My husband is free from the bondages that had him captive and never again will we have to walk down this painful path again. YIPPEE still holds true to today!
  • Becoming missionaries - We have been missionaries in remote NT working with indigenous people for over a year now - Dec 2014.
  • I keep sensing that we will  be blessed with our twin baby boys biologically but both my husband and I feel this sense that we will also adopt children from all around the world. Tanzania, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Jamaica, America and Indigenous Australians.
  • My husband and I sense that we will visit Pemba Island one day. We first thought it was just a holiday but it seems there maybe more to it?? Will let you know when we know.

I will continue to add to this list if I receive anymore promises but as you can see I've been promised a lot. My husband and I hold these things dearly to our hearts and they are the things that get us through the rough times along with Gods amazing grace.

God Bless,

All shall be brought to light!

Tormented By The Past - Part 2

Hi brothers and sisters, if you haven't read "Part 1" please do so, so that you can keep up to date with God's amazing healing abilities. May God bless you all!

Today I'm going to continue on with "Tormented By The Past - Part 2". What can I say? God can work so quickly when he knows you need his help. When you are putting all your focus on God he can truly provide you with peace and strength to get you through your troubles. The last few days I was truly reaching my breaking point. I couldn't stop the tears from pouring down my face, I felt tormented, beaten, bruised and forgotten but through all of that I was still able to cry out to God. The one thing I've realised is that no matter what I go through in life, no matter how much someone has hurt me, they cannot take away my ability to talk to my Lord and Saviour. Nothing can ever come between this relationship I share with him.

Another thing I've realised is that it may seem like I/we are powerless BUT through the blood of Jesus Christ we have authority over this world through him. So what does that mean? Well it means that only we can allow fear into our lives. We have a choice to deny it room in our lives or we can fall victim to it and allow it to take up room it doesn't deserve. Satan will try to remind you of past failures and sufferings but it is up to us to declare VICTORY over those things in the name of Jesus. Now, I'm not saying this is easy. Believe me, I struggle with this all the time but the one thing  that you and I need to remember is that Satan is in for an eternal life in hell and he is miserable about it. He's just trying to make you miserable and ruin your relationship with G0d. The sooner you realise this, the sooner satan has less power over you. At times, I felt powerless because I allowed him to make me feel that way. I didn't feel like I had a choice but in reality we all have a choice as to how we let things define us. Stand firm and remember that God goes into battle for us, we just have to continue to stand firm and praise our Heavenly Father. Expect healings, expect restoration and start talking life into your situation instead of death.

You can say something like: "I am healed through the blood of Jesus Christ. I have nothing to fear because I am wonderfully and beautifully made. I am a child of God and no weapon formed against me shall prosper. My marriage has been completely restored to that of it's original design and we have a new covenant in Jesus name, AMEN!"

Then I remind myself of all God's promises for my life such as, our twin baby boys. These types of things are worth holding on to. God truly loves us, all of us and if we keep our focus on him nothing shall ever truly harm us.

Proverbs 29:25 The fear of man brings a snare: but whoever puts his trust in the LORD shall be safe.

I recently found out something absolutely mind blowing that has truly resonated with me. Did you know that it is truly important that we praise God even through our trials and tribulations? Before we even begin to request something from him we should be thanking him and praising him for what he has done and what he is going to do. In a sense this is where we breathe life into our situation by thanking Jesus for our victory over the "current" situation. Sing, shout and dance in praise for our Heavenly Father and you will start to see huge differences in your life. It may not happen how or when you want it to but it will happen. God has a plan for our lives and he has a plan for us to prosper, you just have to keep the faith and hold on tight. We know that this season will end and that it can't last forever so don't let the enemy steal your joy.

God is LOVE!

Tormented By The Past - Part 1

Today has been a day of true soul searching. Honestly, it has been one of those extremely emotional, raw days where nothing seemed to go right. I realised after spending time in prayer with God that I haven't truly let go of past hurts and as a Christian we are called to let go of them because they have all been dealt with on the cross. Our past sins have been forgiven if we've asked for forgiveness. Those who have hurt us and we've said we've forgiven no longer owe us anything and their sins have been forgiven but what happens when you want to forgive them, you've followed through with verbally expressing that continuously but yet you are still being tormented by those deep wounds... Where do you turn to and seek refuge? Well, Jesus of course!

Matthew 11:28-29: "Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

I've been dealing with past images flashing through my mind as if they were on a spinning wheel going round and round again. I jump straight in and rebuke them and yell out "I give no consent in the name of Jesus" but yet there they still are. As I began to cry out to my Heavenly Daddy asking him why I couldn't move on and what is the purpose of me still being reminded of the evil, hurtful things that I've had to deal with, it was as if a very quiet voice began to talk to me. Yes, it was the Holy Spirit. He softly told me that I'm holding on to the past and until I learn to let go and truly trust God I will not have the peace and joy I desire for my life. Freedom from always looking over my shoulder in fear, free from being worried about bumping into certain people who I feel threatened by. Right now, I'm missing out on having that pure joy for the future. I'm stuck looking backwards while the world keeps on turning and everyone else is still moving forward. Yet, here I am, in darkness by myself but I'm truly never by myself because Jesus is always with me.

So what now? How does one let go?

Logically, I understand that I have to hand all of the past hurts over to Jesus and lay them at the foot of the cross but yet it's as if they have a retractable cord attached to them. I've tried everything from visualising that I'm cutting the cord between myself and those images, I've visited the places which hold me tormented, I've tried renewing my mind daily, I've been taking communion on the regular, I've even gone as far as writing down names, places etc and then burning them but yet they are still there hurting me daily. I've forgiven those who have hurt me, I've forgiven myself and I had to repent and ask for forgiveness from God because at one point through this healing journey I was playing the blame game on him as well.

Currently, I feel like I'm the woman in the bubble, trapped inside my own mind and my own house. I go out and instantly I'm flooded with hurtful memories of landmarks etc and that constant fear of running into people and like I said before I focus on taking thoughts captive but still no success. I think I understand that I'm so wrapped in past hurts because it truly ruined my "fairytale" image of life. I no longer can live in the land of the innocent because I know how harsh the world we live in is but I want more than anything else to go back to that reality and that my friends, is what's holding me back.

How does one let go of their ideal picture of how things are suppose to go in life?

There are certain things we can all quite easily get over and those "things" are different for each of us and yet, there are those other "things" that seem to ruin our lives instead. The things I'm dealing with my friends, are the things that I would never wish upon another. I have prayed that God never lets another person go through what I'm currently going through but we do live in a fallen world and more people will go through these injustices.

Life's trials are just that, they are trials and tests of faith and when those tests come along we can seriously assume they are going to be on specific things that God is aware that are our weaknesses. Now, I'm not saying that God makes these bad things happen to us. No! God is a great God. However, the enemy knows our weaknesses and he's been using the same old system of trickery for many many years now. Well, he found my weakness and I fell straight in a pit. A pit of wallowing in self doubt and self pity. It's truly an ugly place to be in.

Honestly, today I don't have the answer to letting go of the past. This is a process for me. In a previous blog entitled "Health and Wellbeing" I discuss stress relieving techniques however, they are only short term helpers. Then I've also mentioned "Taking Communion" and this one is truly a HUGE help so I'm going to continue with this one because it's also the importance of acknowledging Jesus.

Anyway, as for things to help move on from the past, I can only suggest things I'm trying to do and I'm not over the past as yet but once I am I will let you know what works for me in more detail. Please see below:

  1. Praying, praying and more praying.
  2. Seek out forgiveness no matter how painful it is.
  3. Remind yourself you are a Child of God and live from it.
  4. Take communion
  5. Focus on the things you have to be thankful for each day.
  6. Take every thought captive. (This one I struggle with).
  7. Remind yourself that you've already been through the worst of it and that you survived. Now it's just healing emotionally and spiritually.
  8. If you're like me and places are haunting you because of past memories, go back there, go through the emotions, cry and scream out if need be. Take back those places in the name of Jesus through the authority given to you and rebuke all demonic spirits from those places. (It truly does weaken the enemies hold on these places).
  9. Remember to have fun.
  10. Exercise
  11. When thoughts evade your mind, visualise Jesus on the cross and remember that it's all been dealt with.
  12. When your mind is being tormented stand up firmly and stomp your feet reminding yourself of the present day and that you have already walked through the past.
  13. Pamper yourself
  14. Sing and dance
  15. Write names and places on a piece of paper, say a little something like "all though you hurt me and you may of had a piece of my past, you will not have my present or future. In Jesus name, I free myself from being enslaved and tormented by ____. I forgive them for their sins. Please bless them in Jesus name, Amen". Then burn, bury or throw out  the papers as a way of letting go.
  16. Talk to friends, family and a counsellor if need be.
  17. Last but definitely not least, DON'T GIVE UP!
All of life's struggles are temporary. They may seem long and drawn out but one day we will be able to look back and be amazed that it's all over.

My healing journey is not over yet friends and most days are a struggle just to function like a normal person but I do have good days way more than I did before. My mind is quite often foggy or being tormented. I truly look forward to the day that I'm able to "let go". It's a lot of work and effort and without my Heavenly Father's guidance and reassurance I am sure I wouldn't of made it this far. We need to be soldiers of Christ, willing to go into battle through anything for the sake of our Saviour. Remember what he went through for us. As I ponder ways of letting go, please pray for me. I'm just a regular person like yourself trying to be the best Christian I can be.

God Bless you all.
